@2023 Garden & Long gallery Progress

The walled memorial sculpture garden is beginning to take shape after a lot of hard landscaping in the summer and some autumn planting. The long gallery has been re-built using the original tiled roof and improved not only by the replacement of rotten wormy timber but we have added a floor, well a concrete path and gravel seating area, there are twelve bays in the 25m long shed along the west wall and the side now has reclaimed windows and doors out onto the garden – you can see the garden even on a wet day!

This spring 2024 the next exciting phase of the project is the Lighting and security in the long gallery followed by sowing seeds then finishing the tree seat, water feature and sculptures.

Also the invitation to local sculptors to display their work, hanging of the circle series Round Bridgwater down the long gallery and raking circles in the zen garden.
