Pointing on a hot tin roof

In the last of the lovely weather I found myself on the boiler shed roof clearing ivy pointing the building and garden wall also sealing round the roof in preparation for the forecast rain. It was very hot spot until the tree provided some shade. Sue passed things up held ladders steady and when she could finished moving the last of the roof tiles, then we both moved the fallen over dwarf wall, the bricks coming away from the mortar and wheelbarrow-ed to the brick stack by the boiler shed. Sue found a metal object like a large nail/cold chisel. The Sculpture garden now looks like a reclamation yard! One sculpture however is taking shape – the ‘Found Items Man‘ looks like he’s been caught scratching his head about the activity in the garden and such fun moments after finding his hips, knee and potential thighs we found what can only be described as his girlfriend skirt a metal funnel shape with two circular legs – will keep you updated with progress on our ‘Found item Couple.
